Our group classes are great for all ages, genders, and fitness levels! Our program is designed for those looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing, further their knowledge and skillset, advance their fight program for competing, and also just to lose weight and feel great! We have options that work for just about everyone looking to make one of the greatest changes in life. We also welcome people to "Drop-in" to any of our classes to see if it's something they'd like to consider. With class times in mornings and evenings and flexible programs, there's no more excuses!
